Support Group Meeting

Group Therapy

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
Group therapy offers a supportive, connected space where individuals come together to share experiences, learn new tools, and grow in community.

Within the safety of the group, we explore patterns, practice healthy communication, and move toward greater self-understanding and connection with others.

What is Group Therapy

Group therapy brings together 6–10 participants and one or two trained facilitators in a structured, confidential setting.

Each group has its own theme or focus—such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, grief, boundaries, or personal growth. Through guided reflection, shared stories, and experiential exercises, members often find new insights and a deeper sense of belonging.

“We heal in connection, not isolation.”

What to Expect

A safe, welcoming space.

Confidentiality and respect are at the heart of every group.

Shared humanity.

You’ll meet others who are navigating similar challenges and discovering new ways forward.

Gentle structure.

Sessions often include grounding exercises, brief teaching, guided discussion, and space for reflection.

Whole-person focus.

We recognize that healing involves the body, mind, emotions, and relationships.

Support without pressure.

You are always free to participate at your own pace—listening is just as welcome as sharing.

Facilitated by professionals.

Groups are led by licensed clinicians specialized in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
