Group Therapy
Healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
Group therapy offers a supportive, connected space where individuals come together to share experiences, learn new tools, and grow in community.

Within the safety of the group, we explore patterns, practice healthy communication, and move toward greater self-understanding and connection with others.
What is Group Therapy
Group therapy brings together 6–10 participants and one or two trained facilitators in a structured, confidential setting.
Each group has its own theme or focus—such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, grief, boundaries, or personal growth. Through guided reflection, shared stories, and experiential exercises, members often find new insights and a deeper sense of belonging.
“We heal in connection, not isolation.”
